To secure your tour we must receive the 50% deposit required. Confirmation of the Package is subject to receipt of 50% of the tour cost. Balance 3 days prior to start of tour. This can be done by depositing in our bank account. Once your deposit is received your place is guaranteed. Please note that you will also be required to complete and sign our booking form which you can find on the website.

Cancellation has to be done at least 03 days before the check-in date -95 % of the advance amount will be refunded
September - November (High Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least 14 days before the check-in date - 95 % of the advance amount will be refunded
December - January (Peak Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least ONE MONTH before the Check-in date - 75 % of the Advance amount will be refunded. There will be NO Refunds for cancellation of reservation for 25 December and 31 December. Cancellations during peak season is NOT entertained
February - April (High Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least 14 days before the check-in date - 95 % of the advance amount will be refunded
Cancellation for Deluxe / Family packages has to be done at least ONE MONTH in advance. 90% of the package amount will be refunded
For reservations, kindly forward us an email to info@pearlkerala.com or pearlkeralam@gmail.com , clearly mentioning the exact travel date (date of your arrival in kerala) & the code of the package. If you require a customized package, other than what is published in the website, you can send us an email with your requirements.
For families with children aged between 5 years - 16 years we offer family tours to God's Own Country. In Kerala we offer leisure package which are suitable for families with children from 6 years - 17. Families with children aged 12 and above are also welcome on our leisure package. Alternatively we can tailor-make a private tour just for your family. Please contact us for further details. Our standard groups tours are suitable for families with teenagers aged 16 years and above, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who accepts full responsibility for them.
No. Our prices are for the tour/expedition/adventure component / Taxes only as we have people from all over the world joining our trips. Our package Excludes Air/Train fare.
The houseboat crew boat take special care to meet the needs of the tourists.They are also given special training in first aid and life saving techniques to meet if any emergency arises. Hence there is nothing to worry about safety.

YES. Air conditioning is available at all the hotels / resorts featured in our website except at Thekkady (Periyar) & Munnar hills, as these are high altitude places with cool climate.
